Fusion Resources Ltd is a member of the REC. This is the Recruitment and Employment Confederation which is the professional body which ensures all its members comply with industry legislation and the REC Code.

Fusion Resources have also been successfully audited by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority and are now fully licensed. To achieve this licence we were required to undergo stringent government checks ensuring all our procedures meet recognised standards.

This means that we as an agency will comply with the GLA licensing standards to prevent the exploitation of workers in the agricultural, horticulture, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging sectors.

Our in-house NEBOSH qualified consultant can liaise with clients and establish a Safe System of Work for all Fusion Resources staff and ensure they are fully inducted and conversant with the companies policies.
