Our Esteemed client is currently looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Someone who is driven to succeed and wants to earn the uncapped commission that is available.
Part of your job as a sales person would involve working closely with your clients and understanding how they want to invest, how this investment will grow for them and at what rate.

Full training will be given on the role and their internal database so if you have a positive and pro-active approach with an eagerness to learn then this could be the job for you.

The working Hours are 09:00am until 18.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, You would have a variety of products and services available that you could offer them to support this process so being able to fully understand your clients’ needs is essential. Your sales leads would come from people who have attended free events and webinars run by the business, and these people could be interested in investing up to £500,000 of their own money into the property industry
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling around 70 potential clients a day to source investment for the property business
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative working to demanding targets having made outbound calls to potential clients, converting these into sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to listen and sell back to your clients and negotiate the best deal possible
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
