Fusion Resources are seeking a Customer Contact Advisor to join a highly successful and growing insurance business based in York, North Yorkshire.
The responsibilities of this role include providing quotations and responding to queries, using the telephone to make outbound calls and to address customer complaints and appeals.
You will also be responsible for creating new business policies, and administering existing policies, therefore you must have strong computer skills and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills. You must also be able to plan your time effectively and strategically, therefore organisational skills are a must.
Full training l be provided and there will be plenty of opportunity for progression.
