Fusion Resources are currently seeking a Claims Assessor to join a well-established insurance business based in York, North Yorkshire.
The key responsibilities of this role include answering claims department incoming calls, liaising with policyholders and processing claims, and calculating the settlement of claims.
Other duties also include assisting with the development of policy wordings and assessing claims, so the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and you will have good organisational and planning skills, including planning your own workload.
