Fusion Resources are currently seeking a Factory Operations Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The key responsibilities of this role are to take ownership of the overall factory management of materials, labour and processes.
Other responsibilities include health and safety of workers, management of logistics, quality control and planning of workload.
To be successful in this position you will have had previous experience working in a leadership position within a manufacturing business, and have a strong understanding of fabrication and assembly. You will have the ability to use Microsoft packages effectively, and will have strong communication skills.
