Fusion Resources are seeking several Customer Contact Administrators to join a successful insurance business based in York.
This role is ideal for anyone who has worked in retail or a customer-facing role previously, and is a great opportunity if you are looking to join a business who are invested in their employees and will invest the resources needed to progress and grow within a role.
The primary responsibilities of the role include being the first point of contact for incoming customer queries and data input, alongside general administrative duties.
