We are currently recruiting for a driven telesales representative.
You will work within a sales team of five successful members within in the Scarborough team. You will be driven to succeed and prepared to do what it takes. Able to take rejection, hitting the phone at least 100 times a day and spending over two hours a day talking to clients each day. Able to articulately speak to an investor with £500,000 to invest, to manage detailed conversations and also adapt when a client just wants the overview.
- This role is within our property education business. You will spend 6-8 days a month on the road at events – we run our events in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Southampton, and various parts of London.
- Two of these event days will probably be a Saturday (time off is taken with a day in the week, or you can take paid overtime).
- The other 12-14 days per month are office based selling our property education package at £1791+VAT
- Calling warm leads – clients who have attended a free webinar or free event or registered to watch us.
- Working with them to expand and understand their vision of where they want to be with their property investing and then showing them how our property education will help them to achieve those goals.
The sales targets are demanding and your best is always expected. The team work together to drive each other on and get bigger and better success.
- There are no specific qualifications needed for the role. However, we are looking for people with a proven track record of selling by telephone.
- You will be tenacious, committed, consistent, able to deal with the hard days knowing you will bring success the others.
- You need to have at least 2 years’ experience of selling on the telephone in the last 3 years and to have been a top performer wherever you were.
