Customer Service Advisors
Role and duties
We are seeking confident and bubbly Phone Resourcers to join a fantastic customer service team in York. The role involves being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, handling queries and questions to ensure that the customer is given a satisfactory experience with the business.
This role is primarily inbound calls, therefore you are not expected to sell to customers or make any outbound sales calls, it is purely to nurture the existing customers and ensure they continue using the companies products.
Qualifications / Experience Required- Customer service experience – retail included
- Must be computer literate
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic administration skills
Anticipated duration of Assignment
Min 6 months – could lead to permanent
Number of days per week
This position is a Monday to Friday role between the hours of 9 and 5:30pm, but during peak times – such as Christmas – you will have the opportunity to work overtime at an enhanced rate of pay

Basic Pay
£8.75 per hour
