Assembly Operative  – Stamford Bridge
 
Role and duties
 
To produce standard assemblies and sub assemblies to specification from drawings and assembly procedures in accordance with the production programme.
 
Triming of Plastic Mouldings to ensure Quality of product and efficient running of the production line.
 

Qualifications required

• Good attendance record
• Dexterious
• Maintain high level of housekeeping in work environment
• Completion of relevant documentation to standard required
• Ability to work part of a team
• Punctual

 
Anticipated duration of Assignment
 
Ongoing, reviewed in line with business requirements. A permanent position can be offer after a 12 weeks qualifying period. Great Career progression within the company is promoted. 
 
Number of days per week
 
On a Rota, 12 hour Shifts Days - 8am till 8pm and Nights - 8pm till 8am
 
Week One - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Days 
Week Two - Monday Tuesday Days, Thursday and Friday Night Shift
Week Three - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Nights
 
Over Time available at enhanced Rates.
 
No Weekend Work unless Overtime
 
Number of hours per week
 
36 - 46 hours dependent on Rota
 
 
Basic Pay
£8.25 per hour for Scheduled Shifts
£10.20 for extra hours through the week and all hours on a Saturday
£13.60 for hours worked on a Sunday
 
After 12 Weeks
All candidates will receive an increase in pay after a qualifying 12 week period.
£8.50 per hour for Scheduled Shifts
