We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse / Logistics manager to join our clients team. Dealing with everything from Goods in, Warehouse operations, Outsource and parts supply.
Overall Purpose:
- To lead and manage the day to day Scarborough logistics operation with regards to all aspects of Goods Inwards, Warehousing, Outsource and parts supply to build lines
- To ensure all parts, components & materials are received, checked, processed and supplied to the production build line in an efficient and timely manner
- To implement continuous process improvement across the Logistics function and to work with other departments to define and implement ADL best practice
- To endorse and promote ADL core Vision & Values
Qualifications - The essential and desirable qualifications required for the role
- Professional qualification in Purchasing and Supply (such as CIPS) or Logistics (Such as CILT) or a relevant business degree
- MRP/ERP Experience essential
- Lean, six sigma or PRINCE II experience desirable
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-point.
