The Job
Fusion Resources are currently looking for Mechanical Assembly Operative for one of our reputable clients in the Malton Area
The key responsibilities for the Mechanical Assembly Operative role:
- To assemble parts into Steel Cabinets
- To undertake the production and assembly of the company’s products and component parts.
- Assemble & finish equipment according to information supplied as scheduled by the Assembly Lead and Production Supervisor.
- Working from detailed drawings and SOP's
- Follow instruction from Team Leaders.
Experience required for the Mechanical Assembly Operative role:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role building and assembling of component parts
- You will need to have a good hand to eye coordination, this is essential
- Be able to read and interpret drawings
- Good communication skills
- Have a flexible approach to work, may be required to work outside core hours from time to time
The Pay Rates
£9.26 p/h standard rate of pay, Overtime £13.89 p/h
The Hours
Monday to Thursday 8.00 am - 5.15 pm, Friday 8.00 am - 12 noonLocation
