The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as will be reporting into all levels of management. Have proficient IT skills within Word, Excel and other associated software packages, be numerate, organised and have good attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced role, along with experience using MRP systems would also be advantageous.
The duties, not exhaustive as follows:
- The role will include controlling inventory and work orders, picking items, chasing items and making sure they are dispatched on time and correctly inputted into the system.
- All aspects of a busy office environment such as message taking, telephone and email direction, filing and keeping work- space clean and efficient.
- Reporting and data inputting & producing reports on Excel and the company system.
- Raising queries to relevant departments.
- Raising invoices and directing correct information.
- Compiling, reporting and keeping records up to date, checking off data and double checking data.
- Working closely, customers, consumers, colleagues and management.
- The successful candidate may also be required to do other duties within the warehouse.
- Managing internal queries and authorization of invoices.
This role is easily commutable from the outskirts of Driffield, Beverley, Pocklington, Bridlington and surrounding areas.
Temporary leading to permanent for the right candidate after successful probationary period.
