Stores Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Clients team. As a Stores/Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, logistics, and warehouse management systems.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize store performance
- Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Operate forklift as needed for inventory handling

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong knowledge of business processes, logistics, and warehouse management systems
- Proficient in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required

This is a Monday to Friday Job on a permanent contract
