Our Client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team
The job role:
Based at our Scarborough office , your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties.
Along side this, you will work alongside the team with various aspects of our property services including:
- Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
- Organising property viewings and valuations
- Registering and managing applicants.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression.
- To support our busy lettings department, as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements - Proven experience in sales estate agency related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Strong administrative and organizational skills
