If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a part time Stock Purchaser at our client in the outskirts of Scarborough
As a Stock Purchaser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our events are equipped with the finest supplies.
Job role
- Source and purchase high-quality stock to meet the specific requirements of our diverse range of events.
- Maintain meticulous records and manage stock levels to ensure seamless event execution.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their stock needs and deliver on their expectations.
Hours:
This part-time position, offering 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday provides an excellent opportunity for someone with stock purchasing experience and strong administrative skills that can work school hours only.
Pay: £11.44
Plus, you'll need your own car due to the location of the company.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrable stock purchasing experience.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Possession of a car for transportation purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
