Call Centre Operator / Customer Service
The Job
Fusion Resources are currently looking for Call Centre/ Customer Service for one of our reputable clients in the Driffield Area
The key responsibilities for the Call Centre/ Customer Service role:- To answer incoming calls
- Process Orders into the Company bespoke Ordering System
- Up Selling of Products
- Answering product enquiries
- Follow instruction from Team Leaders.
Experience required for the Call Centre/ Customer Service role:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role
- Have a great telephone manner
- Have a flexible approach with hours as you will have to cover weekends on a Rota
- Good communication skills
The Pay Rates
£8.72 p/h standard rate of payPlus Bonus for up-selling
The Hours
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday for the first 2 weeks for training
then rota shifts between
Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday between 9am - 5pm
This is a temporary role with a potential of turning permanent after successful 12 week initial probationary period.
