When will I be paid for my first week of work?
Payments are made a week in hand, Made by BACS payment into your bank account or a joint bank account (you and your partner, please note you must be named on the account)
When will I receive a Payslip?
You will receive Payslips weekly you can choose to either have it emailed or posted to your home address. Don’t forget to check the Junk or Spam folder as it’s a new email address and may not be recognised.
Why Am I on an Emergency Tax Code?
All Tax Code Queries must be taken up with the HMRC, as we do not have access to personal information.
I haven’t been Paid correctly what’s happened?
In the first instance please call the payroll department at fusion resources if you notice an error. Our payroll department will then check the timesheet against your payslip for discrepancies. If it is a case of missing hours by our clients or a mis Clock in by an employee then this will be dealt with accordingly. It is always advisable to make a note of your hours for your personal records.
When will my Pay increase?
In line with AWR regulations 2010 all temporary employees are entitled to pay parity after 12 weeks of continuous employment. Please speak to your dedicated consultant for further information or check your statement of particulars document.
