GLA (Gangmasters Licensing Authority)
Fusion Resources have also been successfully audited by the Gangmasters Licensing Authority and are fully licensed. To achieve this license we were required to undergo stringent government checks ensuring all our procedures meet recognised standards.
This means that we as an agency will comply with the GLA licensing standards to prevent the exploitation of workers in the agricultural, horticulture, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging sectors.
ALP (Association of Labour Providers)
Fusion Resources is a member of 'The Association of Labour Providers'. The (ALP) is a trade association for organisations that provide workers within the food, agricultural and other Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) regulated sectors.
By being a member of the ALP it shows that Fusion Resources operate to their guidelines.
Stronger Together Business Partner - Anti Slavery
Fusion Resources Ltd became a 'Stronger Together' Business partner in March 2018. 'Stronger Together' work alongside the ALP, The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority and Migrant Help.
Project sponsors include all the major Supermarkets and are supported by the Food and Drink Federation, British Growers and the Salvation Army to name a few.
Stronger together take a collaborative approach to developing new strategies to support business in addressing Modern Day Slavery risks based on the corporate responsibility to respect human rights within the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
The Objective of 'Stronger Together' is to reduce modern slavery in Supply Chains.
As a supplier of Staff to the Food Industry and Manufacturing, Fusion Resources Ltd have become a Business Partner to assist the GLAA achieve its objectives.
