Team Leader - 12 h shifts - perm position
Fusion Resources are currently looking for Team Leader for one of our reputable clients in the outskirts of Scarborough.
The job will involve working in a busy factory environment lead, train and develop a team of manufacturing Team Members.
Experience/Qualifications Required Previous experience required in a similar position .
The job role will involve:
Responsible for maintaining Health & Safety of all personnel in area of responsibility.
Training and development of Team Members.
Training of people to Standard Work.

The Pay Rates
Team Leader Grade 1 would receive £14.18 an hour, and £19.85 on overtime. Team Leaders would start on this.
Team Leader Grade 2 would receive £17.07 an hour and £23.90 on overtime. Team Leaders would need to demonstrate and meet a set of criteria to reach this level
