We are looking for a Registered Locality Manager for one of our clients within the Healthcare sector, who are passionate about achieving positive outcomes for people with learning difficulties, autism, mental health and multiple complex needs. They are looking for a Registered Locality Manage to join them in Hull.
This role offers a permanent contract, with full time/part times hours (preference for full time), Monday to Friday, a salary of up to £45,000 per annum DOE and employee benefits such as Casual dress, cycle to work & voucher schemes, healthcare plans, learning and development opportunities, career progression, additional holidays, fully funded apprenticeships, paid DBS checks and awards celebrations.
Easily commutable from Hull, Hornsea, Bridlington, Goole, Beverley, and the surrounding areas. You will need a Full UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to the team delivering care across a variety of locations.
- Engage with the community and stakeholders to improve the wellbeing and rights of our clients within their community.
- Facilitate relationships with key stakeholders in order to grow and develop the service.
- Attending provider contract meetings.
- Participate in the overall strategy & business growth of the organisation.
- Responsible for care reviews and submission of reports.
- Responsible for monthly finance audits, completing quarterly review and analysis.
- Risk assessing and reporting.
- Ensure the site is ran in accordance to laws, compliance and organisational policies. Adhering and following medication compliance, safe guarding and data protection& confidentiality proceedings.
- Ad-hoc duties.
Experience and qualifications
- Hold Registered Managers Status through CQC.
- NVQ Level 5
- Worked in a similar role and have experience with supporting clients with autism and learning disabilities
- Desirable - Full driver's licence with no more than 6 points and Class 1 business insurance
(expenses paid for insurance where necessary).
