Description

Purpose of the job:

To ensure the smooth operation of production systems within a specified area ensuring quality and delivery standards are achieved.

Assignment:

Product quality testing following defined process
Actively participate in problem solving and improvement activities
Follow both downtime and scrap escalation procedures
Loading and unloading of trailers.
Preparation and movement of customer packaging and finished product
Labelling of finished product to customer standards
Completion of production related documentation and visual management
Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards

Rate of pay is £12.00an hour – combination of 12 hour day and night shifts working 10 shifts in a 3 week rota

8am - 8pm and 8pm till 8am

Some weekend overtime available – Saturdays at 1.2 X hourly rate and Sundays at 1.6 X hourly rate
