Description
Our Esteemed client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
 
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • To attend networking events and trade shows 
  • to be a punctual, positive and a proactive team player 
  • To have analytical and problem solving skills 
  • To be excellent in written and verbal communication skills and to present and deliver business presentations to a senior executive level. 
  • To review and implement agreed distribution strategy 
  • To assist with retention of existing business
  • To deliver annual new business production 
  • To implement and manage effective cross selling initiatives and referral strategies 
  • To build and maintain and convert an effective portfolio of prospects and opportunities
  • To implement and achieve sales initiatives and campaigns. 
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MUST DRIVE
