- Our Esteemed client is looking for a keen administrator working Monday to Friday in their Service team.
· Strong administrational and keyboard skills with Computer literacy.
· Experience and understanding of service orientated IT systems.
· Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
· Good planning, organisational and resourcing skills.
Duties will include;
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Responsible for handling customer service requests which include: order entry, pricing, order maintenance etc.
- Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requests.
- Responsible for quoting customers - Responsible for spec products for customers.
- Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management.
