Duties

• Assist in food production and food preparation to create fresh baked goods daily
• Support the baking team with mixing, shaping, decorating, and packaging baked items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in accordance with food safety standards
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored for efficient workflow
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to uphold quality and consistency in baked products
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and other baking tools

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations

Monday-Friday 3.30am starts roughly 11.30 am finish

5 days per week Mon-Sat with Sunday and 1 day off during the week

£12.75 per hour
