Fusion Resources Ltd have just completed the REC Compliance Test this morning and passed with flying colours.
Directors Cher and Tanya have completed The REC Compliance Test and are thrilled with the results. This is a testament to our continuation of being a leading recruitment provider in the Yorkshire Area.
The compliance test ensures we continue to provide a service in terms of quality, excellency and adhere to the REC’s high standard levels.
What is the REC Compliance Test and why is it a big deal?
Fusion Resources is a REC Member
The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is the governing body for the recruitment industry and has introduced the compliance test to assess a business’s knowledge of the relevant industry legislation of the REC Code of Professional Practice. By doing this the REC can determine if new applicants can become a full REC member and whether existing REC members can renew and retain their membership. Needless to say, Fusion Resources Ltd will be retaining REC member status.
The compliance test is made up of a series of questions that cover the key industry legislation and in particular the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 and the REC Code of Professional Conduct. When agencies sign up to the REC they sign up to the REC Code which requires basic statutory compliance as well as higher ethical standards.
Having REC Member status highlights us as being a recruitment agency that adheres and works to high industry standards – excelling at delivering high quality recruitment solutions.
